Returns/Exchanges
We are a small business and founded our company with the intention of creating gifts that will spread kindness and love. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will always strive to make things right.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request.
Any returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. We will allow you to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, and once we receive and process your item(s).
To request a return, or report a faulty or defective item, please send us an email at hello@oneact.com.
Damage or other issues: Please inspect your order and let us know right away if the item is defective or damaged. If it's damaged, please send us a photo of the item to hello@oneact.com along with a photo of your shipping label and we will resolve it as soon as possible!
Please note: All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer. Please do not mail us anything before first getting in touch with us at hello@oneact.com.
Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return and if approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please know that it can take some time for your bank, credit card or payment company to process and post the refund.
